Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By participating in FXUNLOCK giveaways, using verification flows, or using our Discord bot and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Giveaway eligibility
Giveaways may require Discord server membership, roles, account tenure, server credits, and completion of YouTube actions, as disclosed for each event. Eligibility requirements are defined per giveaway. You are responsible for reviewing posted rules prior to entry.
3. Credits and entries
Where enabled, the credit system may require a minimum balance and may deduct credits on successful entry in accordance with server configuration. Balances and deductions are governed by the server operator’s rules. FXUNLOCK may deny or reverse entries where abuse, manipulation, or operational error is identified, consistent with fairness and available records.
4. YouTube OAuth verification
Certain giveaways use Google OAuth solely to verify YouTube actions required for that giveaway. You authorize FXUNLOCK’s verification service to perform only the checks described for the applicable event. OAuth is provided by Google under Google’s terms. FXUNLOCK is not affiliated with Google or YouTube.
5. Manual proof and staff approval
Some configurations require manual proof and/or staff approval. Decisions are made in good faith based on submitted evidence and the posted rules. False, misleading, or misappropriated evidence is prohibited. FXUNLOCK and server staff may deny fraudulent or abusive entries without liability for lost opportunity or inconvenience.
6. Fraud and abuse
You must not automate, spoof, trade entries in violation of rules, exploit vulnerabilities, harass staff, or circumvent verification. We may suspend access, remove entries, or coordinate with server operators on enforcement.
7. No affiliation
FXUNLOCK is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Google, or YouTube. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXUNLOCK and its operators disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from giveaways, verification, or use of the bot. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. Where permitted by law, continued use after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
