Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy describes how FXUNLOCK collects and uses information when you use our Discord bot, associated verification endpoints (including OAuth flows served from our verify subdomain), and this public website. Processing is limited to operational, security, and compliance purposes connected to those services.
2. What data we collect
Depending on the feature in use, we may process:
- Discord user ID, to identify the account requesting verification or entry, align staff decisions with the correct participant, and mitigate abuse.
- Giveaway identifier, to bind verification and entry records to a specific event.
- YouTube OAuth verification status, such as whether an OAuth session completed successfully for a giveaway-scoped verification request.
- YouTube channel and action verification results, limited to whether configured requirements (for example subscribe, like, or comment) are satisfied for the applicable giveaway. OAuth access tokens are not published on this static site and are not embedded in public HTML.
- Manual proof submissions, where a giveaway mode requires user-submitted evidence (for example descriptive text or links to evidence). Users should submit only what operators request and should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal data.
3. How we use data
Data is used only for giveaway verification, bot operation, abuse prevention (including fraud detection and rate limiting), and maintaining service integrity. We do not sell personal information.
4. OAuth tokens and scope
Google OAuth provides short-lived credentials so our verification service may call Google APIs solely to complete giveaway-configured YouTube checks. Tokens are not exposed through this marketing site. On the verification service, credentials are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to determine and record the outcome; we do not use OAuth for unrelated advertising or profiling on this domain.
5. Retention
Giveaway and verification records may be retained for a limited period to operate active events, respond to disputes, and reduce repeat abuse. Retention periods depend on deployment configuration and legitimate business needs.
6. Your rights and deletion requests
Where applicable law grants rights of access, correction, or deletion, you may submit a request. Because records are commonly tied to a Discord identity and a specific giveaway, we may require reasonable verification of account ownership and sufficient detail (including approximate timeframe or giveaway identifier) to locate records.

7. Third-party services
Discord, Google, and YouTube operate independent services with separate terms and privacy policies. FXUNLOCK is not affiliated with Discord, Google, or YouTube. If you authenticate with Google, Google may process information under its own policies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Material updates will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, through notices on our official community channels.
